El pasado 02 de Octubre de 2025 la pasión por el golf se unió a la nobleza de la solidaridad en un evento que promete cambiar el futuro de muchos niños. Un torneo benéfico de golf, que se llevó a cabo en el Caracas Country Club con el firme propósito de recaudar fondos para cirugías de niños con patologías musculoesqueléticas, que acuden a el Hospital Ortopédico Infantil en la búsqueda de una solución a sus problemas de salud. Estos pequeños, provenientes de los sectores más vulnerables de la población y carentes de recursos, podrán encontrar una nueva oportunidad de vida gracias a esta iniciativa.
Este significativo evento se enmarcó en la conmemoración del 80 aniversario del Hospital Ortopédico Infantil, un hito que reafirma su compromiso inquebrantable con la salud y el bienestar de la comunidad. Durante años, el Hospital ha sido un faro de esperanza para miles de familias, ofreciendo atención médica de calidad a más de 7 millones de pacientes. Durante el año 2024 en la institución fueron atendidos 98.579 pacientes y se realizaron 1.746 intervenciones quirúrgicas.
